‎Chef Hilda Baci Breaks World Record For Largest Pot Of Delicious Jollof Rice

Chef Hilda Baci, who is not new to breaking world records, on Friday September 12, 2025 at Eko Hotel Lagos began cooking the largest pot of Jollof rice in the world with 200 bags of rice...


Many people came out to cheer her on as the cooking progressed and cooking closed on Saturday morning ...‎About 20,000 people indicated interest in attending and there was a bit of physical struggle amongst guests that attended.

After the cooking, guests were served hot plates of smokey Jollof rice.

      They could have used a high pressure sprinkler system similar to the one we use for our lawns here instead of having her climb inside.
