The co culprit Victor Inalegwu Ogboja was a final year student of Animal Production at the Federal University of Agriculture in Makurdi....
Back then the School could not do anything because his wife is supposedly related to a top politician in Nigeria.
This is the problem with Nigeria....How can a crime of this magnitude be treated as ''Family issue''?
The whole family should be arrested for keeping quiet...
