Super eagles Captain, William Troost-Ekong who led the boycott, confirmed the settlement of outstanding payments via his Twitter account.
The team has began training at their training ground at Centre National des Sports Moulay Rachid, Morocco ahead of Thursday's 2026 World Cup African playoff semi final against Gabon at Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.

DeleteNot everything is the government! The FIFA credits NFF directly.
Good they received their wages . Most people in authority are so inconsiderate.
ReplyDeleteThey deserve jail for this sabotage to the Nigeria state but everyone is complacent so nobody will be held accountable.
Hmmmm.... It is well
ReplyDeleteSo our Oyibo brother get aluta ginger. I pray other players who are not in the current squad and who have played matches since 2022 will be paid too. God bless you guys. U will come out victorious

ReplyDeleteNigeria will fall your hand home and abroad.Glad they got their money
ReplyDeleteThis is unfair and embarrassing that it even took this long. Was the money not set aside before?
ReplyDeletePeople should be sacked and punished regarding this issue if the money was already set aside and if not, government should start doing that and this should NEVER happen again.
Goodluck today....
