Nope, why is because the matter might result to either physical fight or exchange of words, so the teacher should just allow the parent talk till he/ she is calm...

Na fight be that in the sense it will turn to physical fight.
I have had a parent confront me before, when I used to teach at Noble kids school. I faced her squarely too. The following day, she came and apologized, I told her it is for the betterment of her daughter. I remembered vividly that she gave me one bottle of red oil and asked about my shoe size but didn't pull through cause I left the system. (She sells shoes)
