A seven-month-old pregnant woman, a nursing mother, and a three-year-old toddler were among the victims massacred by gunmen suspected to be Fulani militias who launched a deadly midnight attack on Ngbrran-Zongo village in Kwall District, Bassa LGA of Plateau State on Friday.
The National Publicity Secretary of the Irigwe Youth Movement, IYM, Joseph Chudu Yonkpa, who made this known in a Facebook post on Saturday morning, said the attack by the terrorists also left several residents injured, including pregnant women, children and elderly victims.

Another bloc within the forum has reportedly aligned behind Abiodun and AbdulRazaq.

A Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday granted an indefinite adjournment in a suit filed by an aggrieved chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Nafiu-Bala Gombe, challenging the legitimacy of the David Mark-led leadership of the party.
