Justice James Omotosho delivered the judgment on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, finding Mamman guilty on all 12 counts filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The sentences will run consecutively, bringing the total to 75 years.

The court also ordered the forfeiture of properties and foreign currencies linked to the fraud. Mamman served as Minister of Power under former President Muhammadu Buhari.
