This is so correct!!!
It is because of monetisation that fake news is becoming the order of the day all over the World and especially in Nigeria...I think they are trying to slowly take that back...If you make one million posts, you earn barely enough but in the covid era, the pay was a lot..I know someone who earned 55K USD in one month during those covid lock down months.....
Now with same content, she barely earns 500 dollars.
I dont look at my Facebook earnings cos its discouraging...no be facebook i dey use chop so e no pain me..

NOTORIOUS FOR JESUS
That was how I was scrolling through Facebook on Saturday when I came across a post by someone . In the post, she narrated how she rented an apartment for ₦800,000, only to discover that none of the facilities in the apartment were working.
According to her, she contacted the company to request a refund, but they insisted she must provide a replacement tenant before any refund could be considered. She eventually found a replacement, but the company allegedly went behind her back, negotiated directly with the client, collected the ₦800,000, and still refused to refund her.
Later, they reportedly claimed she could only get ₦600,000 back because ₦200,000 had been deducted as “agreement fees,” even though she said she never signed any such agreement with them.
Frustrated, she shared their contact number online. I called the number, and they initially tried to act smart, but I challenged them firmly and ended the call.
They later called back to find out what the issue was. I told the lady who identified herself as customer care that a case against them had already been posted on Facebook and she should go and check it.
She called again about twenty minutes later, but I didn’t pick. At that point, I decided not to get further involved so the matter wouldn’t become my own problem. Besides, there’s also the possibility that the story might not even be true.
LOL@ the story might not be true....might even be a monetised page that wanted to trend....I like how they are catching them all now.

I want to my normal bush market to sell oh, the driver normally stops every one at your bus stops. He has dropped and dropped remaining two of us living on the same area, while going he hit a byke guy , instead of stopping this guy starting running oh, we begged,cried and shouted for him to stop no way. Bykes chasing him kept increasing and we kept begging,this guy run the whole town without agreeing to stop and claiming right to us inside.
For close to an hour he kept turning round and on high speed and hitting things. Till his tirer got busted and stop inside water ohhh, before we could jump down crowd. More than 50byke guys rush ooo and start beating us, the guy first jump down and ran off, leave us, but he was leta caught. Meanwhile the have started beating us, slaps and blows flying from all around, luckily for us, before major wounds, local vigilant group arrived and dragged me and the other lady out. By than they caught the guy and he was already bleeding.
My life just flashed before my eyes,
I have been shaking since,I can't thank God enough oo.
