Peter says Jude later initiated a court action aimed at stopping him from performing Psquare songs.
He also challenges Jude’s business transparency, pointing out inconsistencies in the registration details, addresses and director structure of Northside Music Limited, which he says is owned by Jude and his wife.
According to Peter, backend royalty payments from music aggregators were routed into an Access Bank account tied to Jude instead of the group’s joint accounts.
Peter claims Jude took him to court to assert ownership of the Psquare brand and prevent him from performing the catalog.
He also addressed his decision to separate his personal identity from the family, including distancing himself from their shared birth date of November eighteenth. He says he made the change because of the insults Lola faced every year on their birthday.
