We live in a world where loyalty is hard to find and masks are worn every single day. Modern day Mephistopheles everywhere. People have mastered the art of playing pretend. Someone can sit at your table, eat your food, laugh at your jokes, tell you "congratulations" give you a warm hug, sweet comment, ask about your day, text you laughing emojis, look you straight in the eyes with a warm smile and call you family..Yet, the moment you turn around, the mask comes off.

Some people only get close to you to figure out how to break you. They don't want your success. They just want your strategy. They want to see how you are doing so they can figure out how to outsmart or replace you. In fact, some of the loudest applause in your presence comes from people who are secretly praying for you to fail. NOT EVERY SMILE IS A SANCTUARY. SOME NA MASK

Stop ignoring the red flags just because you want to see the good in every one. It hurts to realize that the person you protected was the same person you needed protection from. You have to understand something clearly....You cannot build a great future if you keep letting wolves sit at your dinner table. It is better to walk alone in the light than to walk in a crowd full of shadows. It sounds harsh, but it is the painful truth of the world we live in. We often give our trust too easily because we assume everyone has the same pure heart that we do. But look around you. How many times have you been drained, used, or let down by someone you treated like family? When you start setting boundaries, the people who belong in your life will respect them, and the ones who were using you will get angry. Let them leave. Your circle does not need to be big; it just needs to be real.

Learning to read people isn't a cynical way to live. It is a necessary shield. If you fail to notice the warning signs and read people's true energy, you pay a heavy price, you will keep paying a tax you cannot afford, you will lose your time to energy vampires. Most importantly, you will lose your PEACE OF MIND. You must learn to watch what people do, not just what they say. Look at how they react when you win. Look at how they treat you when you have nothing to offer them. In human nature, envy often wears the mask of support. Discernment is your only shield. You must look at people's patterns, not just their presentations. Look past the sweet words and look at the fruit of their actions. If their actions behind closed doors don't match their applause in public, look away. Your life is too valuable to be playground equipment for fake friends.

Not every hand that reaches out to shake yours is trying to lift you up, some are just checking how heavy you are before you fall. Wake up every single day and protect your peace like your life depends on it...Shrink your circle, keep your spirit guarded and your goals quiet. stop giving premium access to discount people. Stop giving VIP access to people who only deserve to look at you from a distance. Expand your vision. Guard your heart, protect your peace, and keep pushing forward. The exact same people who tried to bury you will be forced to watch you bloom. 👑

Be careful who you let into your private thoughts, your big dreams, and your vulnerable moments. Treat people with kindness, but guard your heart with wisdom. Focus on your path, trust the ones who have proven their loyalty in the dark, and let the loud crowds clap. Your growth is between you and the people who actually have your back.

This is not about being bitter or living in paranoia. This is about pure survival.🧠 It is about waking up. It is about learning that protection is better than regret. It is better to have a tiny circle of true hearts than a stadium full of fake fans.

Keep shining, keep winning, but choose your sanctuary wisely.

British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli was subject to bitter religious prejudice. Franklin D. Roosevelt was struck down with infantile paralysis. Ludwig van Beethoven became deaf. Glen Cunningham, an Olympic runner, had his legs badly burned in a school fire. Booker T. Washington, Harriet Tubman, Marian Anderson and George Washington Carver were born into racial discrimination. Enrico Caruso was from a poor Italian family where only a few children survived past infancy. Itzhak Perlman, concert violinist, lost the function of his legs at age four.

In his family's eyes, David wasn't considered worthy to be Israel's next king. Moralists and legalists would have disqualified him because of his affair with Bathsheba. Yet God referred to him as 'a man after my own heart' (Acts 13:22 NIV). And David said: 'My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart and my portion...I have put my trust in the Lord God' (Psalm 73:26, 28 NKJV).

There is a special kind of person who walks around with a bitter heart like it’s a designer handbag. Expensive, heavy, and they refuse to drop it even when their shoulder is aching.

They didn’t wake up bitter. Something happened. Maybe in 2014, someone collected their money and didn’t refund it. Maybe their auntie didn’t clap for them at graduation. Maybe NEPA took light the day they wanted to impress someone. And since then, they decided: "I will remember this until the end of time, and also remind you every 3 months."

Living with a bitter heart is hard work. It’s a full time job. You have to wake up and scan the room for enemies. You have to interpret every SEEN message as a personal attack. You have to keep a mental spreadsheet of every wrong done to you, with dates, witnesses, and screenshots. Excel wishes it had that kind of memory. The funny thing is, bitter people are excellent historians. Ask them what happened in 2019 and they’ll give you minute by minute commentary with director’s notes. And then he smiled. Not a real smile. A fake one. The one that means 'I’m plotting'." Meanwhile the person in question has forgotten their own name.

But let’s be honest, it’s also challenging. Because bitterness is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to fall sick. Your food doesn’t taste sweet. Your wins don’t feel big. Even when good things happen, you’ll find one small crack and pour salt inside it. "Yes I got the job... but the salary is in dollars and they’ll tax me."

The truth that stings and heals at the same time: nobody is coming to apologize in the way you want. Not in 4K, not with subtitles.

So the only way out is to retire from the Association of People With Bitter Hearts. No resignation letter needed. Just decide that your peace is more important than being right. Forgive, not because they deserve it, but because your joy is tired of paying rent in your chest. Replace the replay button in your head with a playlist. Replace the grudge with goals.

And if you must be petty, be petty about success. Let your bitterness graduate into ambition. Let them say "he/shechanged" and you say "yes, I upgraded."

A bitter heart is a rented apartment. Don’t renew the lease.

Please i dreamt of seeing very huge snails on a big tree with no leaves so out of curiosity I asked the woman i saw sitting under it washing clothes why snails are on a tree she said its becuz snails like a cold place.

I am aware that seeing snails in dream is not good so I immediately cancelled the dream but I have been engaging in serious warfare midnight prayers recently why do I still have such dreams?
