Victorious Golden Eaglets were hosted by Nigerias President Jonathan upon their triumphant entry.....The hoting and dinner was on Sunday November 10t,2013 at the aSO vILLA banquet hall......each of the young lad was rewarded with a 'whooping' sum of N2million each and will be given National honours soon.
The young lads made Nigeria proud by winning the  2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates.

Yesterday Sunday November 10,2013 just before he hosted the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria to a super reception in Abuja,Nigeria,President Jonathan joined others in Warri to celebrate with Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor...The occasion was the 24th world jubilee festival at the word of life bible church where Oritsejafor is the general overseer..

He must have said something really funny in this picture that some people are laughing and almost falling.......the rare trait of a comedian!

 President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has approved the appointment of legendary singer, Onyeka Onwenu, as the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the National Centre for Women Development Abuja.

 Amjad Ali CEO of Gold and Co,UK, told UK newspaper,The Independent a few days ago that the Nigerian government ordered 53 gold-plated iPhone 5S worth N682million from his firm as part of the memorabilia for the nation’s 53rd Independence anniversary scheduled for October 1, 2013.

Even though Amjad cried out he had been misquoted saying that the phones were not ordered by the government but by a Nigerian who asked them to put the crest of the Nigerian govt on the back of the phones .The Independent added his response to their story after it had been published but report which went viral does not seem to be going away and President Jonathan's people have released their well worded response  .....

''     We consider the reports in a section of the media claiming that the Nigerian government had ordered customized gold iPhones from a Dubai-based company to mark the country’s 53rd independence anniversary in October not only false and misleading, but utterly mischievous.

                                                               

 Controversial former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has revealed that the solution to the crisis presently rocking the ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, lies in President Goodluck Jonathan listening to the advice by former President Olusegun Obasanjo that he should not seek re-election in 2015.

”The only hope left for the PDP is if President Goodluck Jonathan listens to former President Olusegun Obasanjo and those behind him and drops his 2015 ambition. Failing that, the fight in the PDP will never end”, Fani-Kayode said in a statement.

This picture was taken yesterday August 9,2013 in Yenogoa. President Jonathan is spending his holiday in his hometown. Am I the only one who thinks he is looking very young and refreshed?

I commend Mr.President for staying back to vacation in Nigeria. That is how a leader LEADS by example. Thanks to the likes of Akpabio, Chime, Fashola, Yuguda, Imoke and a few other serious minded Governors, tourism in Nigeria has been taken to another level. No need flying out of the country for a few days when you can enjoy the beautiful fresh air in your village for free.
