Lilian didnt start clinic matters......she only came in when the former 'Nurse Abigail' stopped acting in clinic matters then. In fact all the actresses there now didnt start acting from the beginning of clinic matters, they came in when the former ones acting those roles quit except that lady that plays the role of a cleaner.
