Breakfast And Lunch Post

Today's breakfast inspiration is fried plantains and scrambled eggs.

Here are some tips on how to make perfect scrambled eggs:

Tip 1:
Beat your eggs properly: This is pretty straightforward; the more aerated your eggs are, the fluffier the outcome. So, use a little elbow grease when beating your eggs.

Tip 2:
For really fluffy eggs, add a pinch of baking powder (Yes, you read right... Baking powder!) It takes your scrambled eggs to a whole new level of fluffiness.

Tip 3:
DO NOT overcook your eggs: The residual heat from the pan will keep cooking your eggs even after the heat is turned off. So turn off the heat when your eggs are 90% cooked, the residual heat will complete the job.

Follow these steps and you're well on your way to achieving the perfect scrambled eggs.

And our lunch inspiration is jollof rice, fried turkey wings and dodo

Just check out the colour on that jollof... How can you not love jollof when it's this good looking? Huh? And yes, it tastes just as good as it looks.

Have a great weekend!
