Man Caught Stealing The Word Of God Disgraced!

His Village people had his address indeed!!!

A young man got more than he bargained for after he decided to play a fast one at a Bible shop in Anambra.

The suspected thief was seriously dealt with as he was caught red handed while stealing bibles in a shop earlier today.

A social media user who lives in Onitsha, Anambra state, shared a picture of the suspect after he was beaten well by those who nabbed him.

The question being asked by the Facebook user is ‘Is it right for them to have beaten him severely for stealing the Word of God which talks about forgiveness?

  3. Well they are mere business owner, the fact they are selling Bibles doesn't make them genuine Christians.
Anybody caught stealing deserves some punishment but not jungle justice though..

  4. Hmmmmmmm....in answering the above question, one must put two things into consideration.

*Stealing..which is an offence and punishable

*Bible..which is the word of God n practically talks about forgiveness

Well..logically, , its so wrong going into somone's shop to take possession of what is not urs..so he should be punished but looking at what he stole, the beating should not be too serious😏😏😏😱😱

Biblically, forgiveness is very important, God difndidn'tt come for the saint but came because of this guy, myself, and every other individual who are sinners. I think he should be forgiven and that same Bible should be used to win his soul for Christ JesusπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸƒ

  6. There is no justification for a crime one committed. He should face the punishment of his action. This isn't the first he might have been stealing.

    1. It's like saying one should not be punished for stealing offering in a church. Try that and be sorry for yourself if you are caught.

  7. He was probably going to sell them. He is a thief. They should let the right authority deal with him.

  8. In my Opinion they would have asked him if he want to read it or use it for Evangelism if they answer is Yes they would have given it to him. Devil might push him to steal it but in the end he might repent from reading the bible he stole. @Princess Tever.

  9. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge...it is not right to beat him,he has no Bible and decided to steal one that will eventually lead him in knowing who God is. He may turn out to be a well known Pastor.

  12. The Bible says the wrath of the law is in the house of a thief, so he should face the punishment of the law.

  13. The deed or action he committed is what made them to beat him up. Not the content or value of what he stole. Did he commit a crime ? Yes.He stole and whatever it is does not count.
