Recently my wife and I have been having issues with our phones. Forget the fact that I'm an engineer. The issue is, I have repaired those phones over uncountable times sef but we keep managing until things go better now. So, last week Saturday, immediately I got to Ibadan from Lagos, we were hugging each other when her phone fell off and that was all.
I have changed the screen for like 3times or so, including mine. We were thinking of what to do when a call came in and my phone went blind immediately . Why now? I inserted my sim into one phone I repaired for a customer pending when I decide on what to do. At about 2pm on dot, a call came in and the man was like, ''have called you severally but your line was not going through'' then I explained what happened to my phone, without even asking who I was talking to because it escaped my mind. I was even jokingly saying it and also told him that my wife's phone and mine packed up the same day bayii ooo. The man answered saying "no problem and do you know who you are speaking with? I said no and he continued. "I was told you now base in Ibadan and also married" I replied yes.
He asked me alot of questions and I was beginning to get angry and couldn't continue again but I decided to keep calm a little since I'm not the one who called. Then he continued again "I will be in Ibadan on Monday by 12pm and can we meet at Mokola?" Sir, you say what? I can't come over sir because I don't really know who I'm speaking with. He continued again, ''don't worry, I just want to surprise you''. Then I told him that, I will call him immediately I get to Mokola on the said time and day. I called two of my friends immediately and told them about the person and also asked them to go with me if they are free and they did. We went there together but on getting to Mokola, they stood right in front of first bank while I was standing opposite the bank then I called the said number.

Some months ago, a woman moved into my neighbourhood, she goes out of her way to greet me and I reciprocate. Shortly after that, she started a POS business very close to the spot I see her.
I made up my mind to start patronising her when I need such service, I noticed that she is in a place with five other operators in a very small community. I always wonder how she makes profit, though her eyes looks very exhausted she always has a big smile on her face.
Some weeks back she got a big container to expand her business, I was happy for her because she was using just an umbrella and also has a baby. She finished the shop construction and stocked it.
To my amazement she stocked the shop with pet drinks( Pepsi, Fanta etc) and begged that we patronise her. Now remember this is a small neighbourhood ( new site). There are ten shops in the same T- junction selling the same thing three just closed down due to low patronage. Now she is the eight person, she hardly smiles anymore, she sits outside with a frown on her face.
I can’t patronise her because I already have someone who I buy drinks from just adjacent her. You might wonder what’s my own interest in her. Nothing ooo!! Her going out of her way to greet and be nice to me made me like her and in my usual manner I tend to carry people matter for head.
I pray I don’t go bald one day.

FUNNY POST
Me and my wife separated not divorced.
I only told her I need break.
Took her to her family house.
My wife because she is working left the family house and started staying elsewhere.
She continued with her activities as if nothing happened between us.
My wife made it a duty to be entering gym
every Saturday and will be posting pictures and videos from the activities there on Saturday.
Sundays after church, she takes the kids to eatery and when I called my boy to ask if she used to ask after me, he said not even once.
I bought my boy phone and I always ask him questions.
This morning she posted pictures of her sitting in her office without ring.
A married woman‼️
I messaged her immediately that is she divorced now and she said nothing to me.
I think my wife is now seeing another man.
Believe me when I say my wife can not stay a day without hearing from me before, when we were together but now she never cares.
I posted someone’s birthday, not my girlfriend and I captioned it “love of my life” to get a reaction from her but my wife did not react; I had to delete and apologize to the public that my phone was hacked.
Something is fishy, I don't just know what that is.

I need a honest answer to what I'm going to ask now mostly from the ladies. Ordinarily, I wouldn't have brought this here but then I think I would like to read your opinion on this.
Okay, I had issue with my woman when she discovered I had relocated out of the city. She wasn't happy and very mad at me. She had proposed areas she wanted me to get a house but due to some financial hitches, I opted to this new environment I now found myself.
Okay, I pleaded for not letting her know when I'm about making payment here and promised for peace to reign, after this rent expire or even before it will expire, I will relocate back to the city. She isn't taking any of that and have insisted she will never visit this new place for whatsoever reason.
She became so cold towards me.
One thing I don't like in life is pressure. I hate been under pressure and this is beginning to affect and disturb me in a way.
My new home isn't a bad one. It's a one bedroom flat and a very neat building with a big kitchen and bathroom with a spacious veranda.
Ladies, in all these what would you have done different or advise?

Delete@Discouraged BV who complained about her ongoing ordeal with ACNE on IHN yesterday Monday. Please if you can see this comment, try and reach out to me especially if you live in Lagos State. I was also in your shoes for 2decades and God just delivered me last month and gave me a brand new face like that of a new born baby. There is nothing recommended I did not purchase. Money was not my problem. Spent thousands of Naira, visited dermatologists, was on medication for 3months straight which ended up aggravating my ulcer and almost ended my life because they kept placing me on medication to kill the bacteria from inside responsible for the Acne without asking of my pre-existing condition. Still there was no improvement. At the process of my fighting for my life, I travelled to the village last month to use herbal treatment for the Ulcer that became severe and that was where I got a solution to the Acne which was not even why I travelled. I didn’t travel with my bathing soap so I started using my mum’s native soap when I got to the village and noticed my acne was reducing so I asked her for the name of the soap and she told me there is something she added to the soap that help smooth the skin so I requested she go get me that thing she added to the soap. You won’t believe my mum only bought the stuff for a little amount that completely got rid of my acne. It works like magic and just 5days of applying it directly on my face, the whole Acne was gone.

ReplyDeleteI have dark knuckles myself and at some point, I started to wonder if I had mistakenly used bleaching cream without knowing. First time I noticed the darker knuckles was when I was still in boarding school. My two kids have darkish knuckles and nothing like breaching cream has ever touched their skin.
So before we say people bleach their kids based on dark knuckles alone, let’s bear it at the back of our minds that some people are born that way.
She included hairy body too not just dark knuckles. If you see a child whose parents use bleaching cream on, you will know, unnatural hairy face, hands and legs. Dark knuckles are just one of many signs.

13. And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?
14. And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
15. And the LORD said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria:
16. And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room.
17. And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay.

MESSAGE:
In our Bible reading for today, you will see that God told Elijah to anoint three people to replace him. This is because you can see pride in Elijah's response when he says, "And I, even I only, am left...". There is only one "I AM" and that is God Himself (Exodus 3:14). This is why, when Jesus Christ called Himself 'I AM' in John 8:58-59, the Jews were furious that He compared Himself to God. Of course, at that time, they did not know about John 1:1 and 14, which says Jesus is God who became flesh and dwelt amongst us. The name I AM must be reserved for God and God alone.
When you search the Scriptures, you would discover that the words 'I', 'me', 'my', 'mine' are the languages of pride. That was the language of Satan in Isaiah 14:12-15. When you find someone always saying 'I', 'my', you know you are most likely dealing with a proud fellow. Beware of this because the higher you go, the greater the risk of you saying 'I', 'my', 'me' all the time.
We see an example in the strong and anointed man of God called Samson. In Judges 15:14-16, where the power of God came upon him and he killed thousands of soldiers with a jaw bone, he said, "With the jawbone of an ass, heaps upon heaps, with the jaw of an ass have I slain a thousand men”. There was no, "Thank You, Lord" to the One who sent down the power; it was all about himself. Even when God had clearly restored his strength in Judges 16:25-28, when the enemies had caught him and plucked out his eyes and he wanted to pray just one more prayer before dying, what did he say?
And Samson called unto the LORD, and said, O Lord God, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.
Judges 16:28
It was about him all the way. That is why, as strong and anointed as he was, he fell so low that he ended up blind and grinding corn for his enemies before dying with them.
KEY POINT:
Beware of pride because it can make you fall so low that your enemies would begin to rejoice over you.
