He denied this on Thursday at the course of his ongoing trial at the Abuja Federal High Court.
The prosecution led by Adegboyega Awomolo SAN called on his second witness who is an agent of the Department of State Services(DSS) to continue with his testimony against Kanu.
A video recording was played where the DSS agent interviewed Kanu at the agency headquarters in Abuja on July 17 2021.He was asked if he's aware that his broadcast of 20th October 2020 led to violence, killings and destruction of public infrastructures in Lagos State.
Responding to the query, Kanu said Lagos State is not Biafran territory and whatever happened there can not be associated with him.
