AFCON 2025- Nigerian Government Releases N3 Billion For Super Eagles Campaign

Nigerian Government has approved and released ₦3 billion to support the Super Eagles’ preparations and participation in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco. 


The funds form part of the team’s official tournament budget, with the Nigeria Football Federation expected to receive additional allocations as the competition progresses.

The Super Eagles have already advanced to the Round of 16, and performance‑based bonuses for players and officials are expected to be settled as the campaign continues.
