EFCC Officials Who Invaded Ex Minister Fani-Kayode’s Home Have Vacated It..

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have vacated the No 5, Zuma Close, off Aso Drive, Abuja home of former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode.

Vanguard gathered that the operatives of the anti-graft agency decided to leave when pressmen began to storm Fani-Kayode’s residence.

The ex-Minister had earlier raised the alarm on Facebook about the invasion of his premises by the officials.

DAILY POST reports that EFCC, earlier, sent a letter to Fani-Kayode’s residence, demanding his presence in their Abuja office by 10.00am on Monday, May 9, 2016, to explain his role in the presidential campaign funds of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during the 2015 elections.

    1. Lmao. But truth be told the EFCC invaded upon his human right. They had sent him an invitation letter to appear at their office on the 9th which is Monday.. so why invade his home days before? Giving the impression that he may elope ahead of the day. That's not right.

If they aren't sure he'd appear, then they should have arrested him on that basis....but then they'd have to prove the urgency of his arrest and whether it was absolutely necessary. I think they just did that to prove that they mean business. Plus FFK has been running his mouth calling their bluff. Lol
